Reiki Treatments

What is a Reiki Treatment?

Treatment Room

A Reiki treatment commonly resembles typical bodywork appointments, where you lie fully clothed on your back on a massage table.  It is a simple procedure consisting of calm, concentrated energy flowing from my hands to your body.  This is by touching (only appropriate areas), and/or by holding my hands a few inches above your body.  If you are not comfortable with touching, placing my hands above your body is fully acceptable and just as effective.  I use trained awareness and intuition to guide healing energy to your whole body, and also to specific areas that may need more attention.  A full Reiki treatment is gentle, deeply relaxing, and deep reaching.  It allows peace and healing energy to permeate your body, mind, and spirit.  Ahhhh, can you feel it?  🙂

More Info!   Reiki balance+

In the past year, I’ve added something exciting to my Reiki treatments and Reiki workshops!  I’ve been working with masculine and feminine energy flow, breath, movement, touch, and sound.  I’ve integrated these wonderful tools into my Reiki work, both with humans and animals.  The results have been amazing.  I have found that using all these methods together with Reiki brings our bodies to a new level of wholeness and balance—balance exponentially (as you see in my logo, Reiki balance+).  It transmutes constricted energy into relaxed, flowing energy, and it feels so great.  As this constricted energy is transmuted into pleasurable energy, our unique creativity shines, our bodies become more relaxed, healing occurs, and our life opens up before us in new and exciting ways.
